If you are experiencing slow speeds, please submit ping and speed test results with your ticket by attaching a screenshot of the results to the webform on the “Report a problem” page.

Beware of Phishing:

  • Email Caution: Be cautious with unsolicited emails, especially if they request personal or financial information.
    Check Sender: Verify the legitimacy of the sender before clicking on links or downloading attachments.
    Think Before You Click: Think twice before clicking on links or downloading attachments, especially if the email seems suspicious or unusual.

Use Strong, Unique Passwords:

  • Password Strength: Create passwords that combine upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters to make them harder to guess.
    Avoid Common Words: Refrain from using easily guessable information like birthdays, names, or common words.
    Password Manager: Consider using a password manager to securely store and generate complex passwords for your accounts.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

  • Extra Layer of Security: MFA adds an additional step (e.g., a one-time code sent to your phone) to verify your identity when logging into an account.
    Protects Against Unauthorized Access: It significantly enhances security by making it much harder for unauthorized users to gain access to your accounts.
